Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Overview
Legacy Core Ltd. is committed to ensuring client satisfaction with all services and digital products we deliver. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our software development, IT consultancy, managed services, and digital marketing solutions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if: the service was not delivered as described in the agreed project scope or contract; there is a material defect in the delivered product that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe; the project is cancelled before substantial work has commenced (less than 20% completion). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery or the identified issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: consultancy fees for completed advisory sessions; third-party software licences, hosting fees, or domain registrations purchased on your behalf; custom development work that has been delivered and accepted; marketing campaign spend already disbursed to advertising platforms; rush or expedited service fees.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@legacycore.online with your project details, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a resolution. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has been partially completed, Legacy Core Ltd. may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the project. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed, resources allocated, and any third-party costs incurred.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our Director for review. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or the appropriate legal channels under the laws of England and Wales.
